All adoptions include: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations (distemper and rabies), vaccination, deworming, application of flea prevention, FIV/Feline Leukemia testing, and microchip. 

Belle is a very sweet cat.  She had to have a back leg amputated, but she gets around very well on the remaining three legs.
